Sun, Dec 11

Afternoon: Arrive at Mammoth Mountain Inn and check in at front desk.  Receive—

• room key

• parking pass to display in your car at all times

• information about the Inn and Mountain

5-7 PM: Camp check-in

Follow signs in Mammoth Mountain Inn lobby to Ski, Ride and Race Camp Check-in and pick up your camp packet with—

• camp itinerary

• lesson pass

• lift ticket (if you bought one)

• ski/Ride/Race Camp discount card

• information about discounts and special events

Talk to a certified instructor about lessons and what to expect.

Buy optional raffle tickets (benefiting Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra).

5:30-8 PM: Welcome Party with—

• complimentary hot and cold munchies

• no-host bar

Mon, Dec 12

7:30-8:45AM: Rent your gear (if you didn't bring your own) and a locker (if you want). Main Lodge Rental Shop (second floor of Main Lodge) opens at 7:30 am; show your discount card for rental deals—standard, demo, sport ski and snowboard

8:45 AM: Go to the Super Sign (really large sign, slope-side, near Chair 1-Broadway Express).  A uniformed instructor will sort you into a class.

Mon through Fri, Dec 12-16

9 AM: Meet your class slope-side at the Main Lodge.  On Monday your instructor identifies a meeting place for the rest of the week.

Noonish: Lunch with your instructor and class if you want.

3 PM: Free ski until lifts close at 4PM or knock off for the day and—

• relax in one of 4 jacuzzis (west side of Inn, 2nd floor, across from room 606)

• have in-room spa treatment  (call ahead)

• dine on mountain or in town: check itinerary in check-in packet for dining deals

Thurs, Dec 15

3:30-5:30 PM: Special Camp Happy Hour for camp members and instructors at Tusks, 3rd floor of the Main Lodge, west end.  Drink specials and delicious complimentary appetizers.  Check itinerary for location and details.

Fri, Dec 16

11 AM: Ski, Ride, and Race Camp Slalom Races (weather permitting), open to all camp embers.  Race with your class.

6:30-9 PM: Farewell banquet in the Mountain Conference Center, 3rd floor of the Main Lodge, east end.  Check your itinerary for location.

• No-host bar

• Banquet

• Presentations and race awards

• Raffle drawing (you must be present to win!)
